The Dance Connection’s Tuition and Fees Information
REGISTRATION FEE:
There is $20.00 non-refundable registration fee for each new student and a $15.00 registration fee for each returning student (with
a maximum of $35.00 per family).
TUITION INFORMATION:
Class fees are determined in hourly increments, beginning with a half-hour and ranging up to five hours of class time. Students
enrolling in more than five hours per week of studio time shall not be charged more than the maximum monthly fee of $140.00
per month.

Family Discount:
Second dancer in the family deducts $5.00 per month.
Third dancer deducts $10.00 per month.
Full Tuition Discount:
Receive 10% off tuition if full year is paid for by September 15th.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Tuition is due on the first lesson of each month with a $15.00 late fee if it is not paid by the 15th of the month.
Each family will receive a payment booklet at the beginning of the dance season with payment envelopes labeled with each month inside. Tuition may also be paid with a Visa or MasterCard. You may mail your payment in or place it in the check box at the studio front desk.
Late Fees:
Payments must be in by the 15th of each month to avoid the late fee of $15.00.
We do not send out reminders. A statement will only be sent if tuition is late and will reflect the addition of the late fee.
TUITION REFUNDS INFORMATION:
No refunds for classes will be given, unless space is not available or a class is cancelled.
Fees are based on 32 weeks of lessons with an average of four lessons per month, but remain the same whether there are three, four or five lessons in a month. If the recital is in June, tuition will be half of the normal per month amount.
If a student decides to drop a class in the middle of the month, they will still be charged the full amount for that month, but we will cancel the fees for the remaining months. Please call the studio or put it in writing if you decide to drop a class, so that we can record it in our records.
RETURNED CHECK INFORMATION:
The returned check fee is $25.00. Should we receive two checks of non-sufficient funds from a family, the Dance Connection will be unable to accept further payments by check from the account in question.

Reminder: Students may participate in our annual September fundraiser to earn credit toward costumes, dance shoes, Dance Connection apparel and recital tickets.
Dancers in beginning levels I through level V will only be required to purchase one costume, though they may perform additional routines in the year-end recital. Please note; this does not include dancers in the Teen Tap and Jazz classes and/or competition line groups.
Costume payments may be made in small parts, but must be paid in full by November 1st.
