Please be aware that there will be no regular classes will be held October 16-18 for the MEA school break. However, for those interested, Amy will be holding an optional ballet classes on Thursday, October 16 at the usual times for those who will be in town. And Super Stars and Star competition teams will also be holding class on October 16 during their normal times.

it’s that time of year again – all students may wear their Halloween costumes to their class October 27-30th to get into the Halloween spirit! Also during this week, donate a non-perishable food item (or more) to help make the Thanksgiving season better for those in need.
Parents’ Week – October 27-November 1.
Please make sure that you stop in sometime during parents’ week, as you will see a size chart to sign off on the size of your child’s costume for us to order for the spring recital. Your child’s measurements will be taken ahead of time by their teacher. If the costume received is too big or too small and needs to be sent back, there will be a $25 charge for sending it back (this is a standard restocking fee charged to us by the costume companies) Please make every effort to be here to ensure that the right costume size is ordered. You will be asked to sign a form stating that you chose this size and agree to the $25 fee.
Participating in the spring recital is optional. If you are participating, costume payments are due by November 1. Costume costs were listed in the studio policy you signed when you signed up for classes . You may make partial payments in advance, but the total must be paid by November 1st or a costume will not be ordered. If you participated in the fundraiser, profit of what you sold can be applied to your costume charge.
Creative Kids – $80
All ballet classes -$90
Tap/Pre Ballet, Tap/Beg Jazz thru Tap/Jazz 2- $85
Int. and Adv.Teen Jazz and all Hip Hop classes – $85
Competition lines will receive a separate bill. Boys classes will vary between $75 and $85 if a costume is ordered out of a costume book.
The instructors at the Dance Connection would like you to know that they are willing to answer any questions you have regarding your child’s dance class. If you are unable to catch them before or after class, please leave a message for them at the desk or send us a message online and we will have your child’s teacher get back to you.
Tap and Jazz technique classes are offered for anybody interested. You can pay as you go for $15 per class.

Order forms can be found on the table under the hanging clothes. Orders and payment must be in by Oct. 30th so we can have them back before Christmas vacation.
Winter Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, cancelled classes may be made up during the month at a class of the same level. We do not always cancel when the school district does because the conditions may improve during the day.
A message will be posted on our Facebook page, emailed out and recorded on the studio voicemail when classes are cancelled.
