Melissa is not only the owner/director/instructor of the Dance Connection, but also its’ creator.

She has been teaching and choreographing tap, jazz, ballet and creative movement to students of all ages in the Rosemount area for over 20 years. Melissa has also had the opportunity to study with top instructors and choreographers from New York and Los Angeles.
 
Along with running a busy studio and raising her two daughters, Melissa has also found time to perform around the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Melissa has a B.F.A in dance from the University of Minnesota.

This season, Melissa is teaching sessions in the following disciplines:
