the dance connection offers dance classes for adults

The Dance Connection offers several opportunities for adults to gain the benefits of dance and movement. We offer tap, jazz and technique only classes. We are also offering a Dancing Dads Competition Group which will hone technique and provide additional performance time for Dance Connection dads. Adult classes are offered at a variety of days and times to fit with your busy schedule. Call us at 651-423-2885 for more details.

Zumba Fitness Comes to The Dance Connection:
The fall classes are ready to roll and we are offering Zumba on Wednesday and Friday evenings From 7-8 PM. And beginning September 20th, Tuesday mornings from 9:30 - 10:30 am. Stop by our Zumba page for more details.

Adult Tap and Jazz:
We are once again offering Adult Tap and Jazz for the 2011-2012 season. Classes are Wednesdays 8:00-8:30 pm (Tap)  and Jazz from 8:30-9:15 pm.
